Illawong Marlins is an Approved NSW Active and Creative Kids Provider.

The prolonged application and certifications processes means we have not been able to integrate redeeming these certificates into the registration system so we need to process these offline once you have registered through GameDay.

Steps to using the Active and Creative Kids Vouchers for 2024-2025 Summer season are:

Complete the normal registration process via GameDay. This includes paying the full registration amount/fee. Once this is completed, email through to the club on registrations@illawongbaseball.com.au the following information Subject Line “Active Creative Kids Voucher Redemption – [Childs Full Name]” Within the body of the email include Child’s Full Name as per the Voucher Child’s DOB Voucher details/number And possibly the voucher itself (PDF) or screenshot etc of the voucher. Once the Club has verified the Registration process has been completed, the Club will manually lodge the Voucher Redemption. The money will be then given to the club from the NSW Government, and we will then transfer the money to your bank as soon as possible.
