Training Procedures
During the week (Monday – Friday), the closure of the grounds are controlled by Sutherland shire Council. These closures will be conveyed to your coach/manager who will then make a decision on whether to call off the training or move to an indoor facility.
So always look out for information coming from your team coach/manager in these circumstances.

Also, a reminder, that if Council has closed the ground, NO ONE should be using any of the diamonds, even for personal training. It can cause significant damage to the playing surface which as a club we have to pay for the damage or make repairs to the damage.

Game Days
On game days, the responsibility of closing a ground will fall to the caretaker club of their relevant ground. To manage this, and the associated notifications, the Wet Weather Co-Ordinator also uses TeamApp to announce those closures. Anyone is free to subscribe to that service here in TeamApp. Attached is a “how to” subscribe info sheet. And the Logo of the service so you know you have the right one.
3 different associations use the South East Sydney Wet Weather Notification on TeamApp; for junior games you will need to subscribe to the CSJBA notices; for Summer Seniors/Adults you will need to subscribe to the CSMLBA notices.
