Dear Illawong Marlin Members,
To minimise queues, the number of people waiting around in the cold and the number of people in the Clubhouse, the club will be assigning appointment times to each family.
The night will be run as follows:
- If a member of your family indicated during the registration process that you need a shirt you have been assigned an appointment time.
- If you only requested a Cap; you will need to purchase this from the canteen on game day
- The night will be run on a “get in – get out” basis to push through as many people as possible.
- On the night, the Club must push through over 50 “family groups” on the night
- All uniforms will be payable on the night. EFTPOS will be available on the night.
Please ensure you are punctual for your appointment time.

uniforms@illawongbaseball.com.au to organise an alternate time or arrangement.
Adult Players
You can make uniform purchases at the start of your weekly training session on Wednesday night, i.e. at 7:30pm.
What if I don’t need my appointment?
Please send an email to
uniforms@illawongbaseball.com.au to advise that you don’t need the appointment, and that time can be reallocated to another family.
What if I didn’t receive an appointment email?
Firstly, check your spam folder. If you still don’t have an email/appointment, please again email
unifoms@illawongbaseball.com.au It might be that it was overlooked, or you didn’t complete the uniform section of the registration process. This is no drama; we can issue you an appointment time via the above email address.
